My name is Cynthia Khan and I am a registered dapaanz practitioner and accredited supervisor.

I’ve worked in the mental health and addiction field for over 10 years in various roles at residential programmes, prison-based programmes and community hubs

Having worked in New Zealand and Australia in the alcohol and drug sector, I have a wide range of experience mentoring and coaching people to feel confident in their skills. I believe in empowering practitioners to reach their full potential, however this may look for them. My style of working is based on providing a safe space for people to share their experiences and to guide them to their own answers.
